A very interesting show that was on NPR yesterday.
I hate to break it to you kiddies, but this is what's happening. To me this is just more evidence that the current employment situation is the "new norm". Also this should motivate the long term unemployed to start their own business
and tell corporate America to kiss their asses.

This non hiring of black males is also practiced in Asia i.e Japan, Thailand and Singapore to name a few.
I have 2 BS degrees a Masters, and i'm a PhD candidate and veteran. I have personally experienced this and watched whites walk into jobs with much less quals; get jobs in the above mentioned places. It appears that Asians in the countries only want whites especially Thailand and Singapore.
